CREATION OF THE WATER DISTRICT

The Bucay Water District was formed on December 3. 2008 by virtue of SB Resolution No. 77 passed by the municipal council of Bucay, Abra. With the information of the Water District, the ownership and management of the entire water system operated by the municipal government if Bucay, Abra was transferred to the Bucay Water District. On April 22, 2009 LWUA issued the Conditional Certificate of Conformance No. 642 to Bucay Water District (BWD).
